Head of Finance - The Dash Group
Key Info:
💰 Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 (DOE)
📍 Location: Redruth, Cornwall
⏰ Hours: Full-time
👤 Reports to: The Directors
What You'll Be Doing:
- ✔️ Leading the finance function across our growing multi-site group
- ✔️ Delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- ✔️ Providing commercial insight to support strategic business decisions and continued growth
- ✔️ Developing finance systems, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and scalability
- ✔️ Leading and developing an established finance team

We're Looking For:
- 🔹 ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant
- 🔹 Senior finance leadership experience in a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar role
- 🔹 Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- 🔹 Experience improving finance systems, reporting, and business processes
- 🔹 A confident leader who can influence Directors and operational managers
