Head of Finance
🍝 Head of Finance | Fast-Growing Hospitality Brand | London
We're working with one of the UK's most exciting and fastest-growing hospitality businesses to find an exceptional Head of Finance.
This is a pivotal leadership role at a brand that has built a cult following and is rapidly expanding across retail, e-commerce and its own restaurant estate.
Critically, this role comes with a clear and credible pathway to Finance Director as the business scales — a genuine opportunity to grow into a C-suite position alongside a brand on a serious growth trajectory.
📌 The Role
Reporting into the leadership team, you'll own the full finance function — from management accounts and board reporting to cash flow, compliance and team leadership. Just as importantly, you'll be a true commercial partner: translating financial data into insight that drives decisions across manufacturing, supply chain, marketing and customer acquisition.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and month-end close Own budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning Produce board packs and lead performance reviews with senior stakeholders Develop KPIs across production, fulfilment, customer acquisition and profitability Manage cash flow, treasury and working capital Oversee VAT, PAYE, audit and statutory compliance Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology teams Lead, mentor and develop the finance team Drive finance system improvements through automation and AI

🎯 About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Proven experience as Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager Background in hospitality, food production or manufacturing Strong commercial acumen — comfortable influencing beyond the numbers Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills Hands-on, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Confident presenting to senior leadership
