Head of Finance & Treasury | London | Build the Financial Infrastructure Behind a High-Growth Credit Platform
This is an opportunity to take ownership of finance and treasury within a newly established, institutionally backed wholesale lending platform. You will play a key role in managing funding structures, financial reporting and treasury operations while helping build the financial infrastructure that supports continued growth.

The company is a well-capitalised wholesale funding platform providing structured funding solutions to UK non-bank real estate lenders. Operating across bridging, development and specialist real estate finance, the business combines institutional capital strength with the agility and pace of a specialist private credit operator.
The Role
As Head of Finance & Treasury, you will lead the finance function while overseeing treasury and funding activities across the platform. The role will involve managing warehouse facilities, covenant compliance and lender reporting, ensuring the platform operates with both financial discipline and commercial agility.
The ideal candidate will bring finance and treasury experience gained within a bridging lender, with exposure to senior debt facilities, warehouse funding lines and institutional funding relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day finance and treasury function
- Produce monthly management accounts and Board reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
- Maintain the financial control environment, governance framework and reporting processes
- Oversee statutory, regulatory, tax compliance requirements, and managing external audits
- Oversee warehouse facilities and structured funding arrangements
- Monitor borrowing bases, funding utilisation and covenant compliance
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to lenders and funding partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors and funding providers
- Support the evaluation and implementation of new funding arrangements and capital solutions
- Assist with hedging, treasury risk management and funding strategy where required
- Provide commercial insight and decision support to the Board and shareholders

Skills & Experience
- Experience within bridging finance environment
- Experience in a finance leadership role such as Head of Finance, Financial Controller, Treasury Manager
- Strong understanding of lending structures and funding facilities
- Experience supporting warehouse facilities, forward-flow arrangements or other structured funding lines
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial controls experience
- Strong cash flow forecasting and analytical capability
- Exposure to hedging, treasury risk management or interest rate management
- Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders and external funding partners
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or ACT qualification
