Description
- Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.

Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
- A strong background in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Proven ability to lead financial teams and implement strategies effectively.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
