Description

  • Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure efficient cash flow management and financial risk mitigation.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise financial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Profile

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance within the professional services industry.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven ability to lead financial teams and implement strategies effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes.
