Salary: SM7-SM9 (£66,507 to £70,037)
Working Hours: Full time - 35 hours per week.
About the Role
Dunbritton Housing Association is seeking an experienced, professionally qualified and forward-thinking finance leader to join our Management Team as Head of Finance & Corporate Services.

Based from our offices in Dumbarton, we own and manage homes across West Dunbartonshire and Argyll and Bute and consistently perform in the upper quartile of Associations across our key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
This is a key senior role, providing strategic leadership across finance, governance, risk, IT and corporate services. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Board and Management Team, you will ensure Dunbritton continues to demonstrate strong financial management, robust governance, effective assurance and a clear focus on value for money, continuous improvement and excellent customer outcomes.

Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for a confident and collaborative leader with sound financial judgement, strong technical expertise and the ability to translate complex information into clear advice and practical action. You will bring experience of operating at a senior level, supporting effective decision-making and leading teams through change in a regulated, customer-focused environment.
