About This Role
Are you an experienced Global Head of Finance, Finance Director or senior commercial finance leader looking for an opportunity to influence international growth? This Global Head of Finance role within Dawsongroup Temperature Control Solutions offers the chance to partner directly with the Global CEO and shape the financial future of a growing international business.
- Act as the principal financial adviser to the Global CEO and a key member of the global leadership team.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management across an 11-business international structure.
- Support investment decisions, international expansion and long-term commercial strategy.
- Develop a consistent global view of profitability, asset performance and return on capital.
- Travel internationally around 8 to 10 days each month to support local teams and business growth.
About You
You may already be operating as a Head of Finance, Finance Director, Commercial Finance Director or senior business partner within an asset-intensive environment. You understand that finance is about enabling growth, supporting decisions and helping businesses achieve their potential.
- Professionally qualified through ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent qualification.
- Experienced in working across multiple countries, businesses or legal entities.
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and providing challenge where needed.
- Able to balance strategic thinking with detailed financial analysis and commercial decision making.
- Confident communicating complex financial information to both finance and non-finance audiences.
