Head of Finance for Operations
We’re currently recruiting for a Head of Finance for Operations to join AMFRESH. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the financial performance of our UK operations, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive commercial decision-making, continuous improvement, and business growth across our Alconbury and Peterborough sites.
About the Role
Reporting to the UK CFO, you’ll lead the Operations Finance function, providing strategic financial direction across multiple sites while ensuring robust financial controls, reporting, forecasting, and performance management. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll challenge and support operational decisions, identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency, and play a key role in delivering business objectives through insightful financial leadership.

- Lead the Operations Finance function

We’re looking for a qualified finance leader with significant experience in operational and commercial finance, strong business partnering capability, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, fresh produce, or another fast-paced operational environment is essential, alongside the ability to influence at executive level and drive meaningful change across the business.
