Head of Finance – Golf & Hospitality Venues - Up to £75,0000+ benefits Sevenoaks, Kent (1-day WFH) with occasional travel to other sites

We are working with a successful and ambitious operator of golf and hospitality venues to find a Head of Finance who will be responsible for financial control, management reporting, FP&A, audit, statutory reporting and business partnering across the organisation.

Reporting to the CFITO, this is a hands-on opportunity for a qualified finance leader who can combine strong technical capability with commercial insight, helping drive performance, improve financial processes and support strategic decision-making across a fast-paced, multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly management accounts process, ensuring accurate, timely and insightful financial reporting. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, financial modelling and performance analysis across the business. Manage the year-end audit process and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance and strong financial governance. Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to provide commercial insight, challenge and decision support. Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting processes, controls and data quality. Lead, coach and develop the finance team, creating a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting expertise. Significant experience in senior finance roles covering financial control, FP&A and business partnering. Proven experience managing audits, statutory accounts, budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet control. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insight into operational action. Confident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders and non-finance teams. Hands-on, resilient and adaptable approach, ideally gained within a multi-site leisure, hospitality, retail or service-led environment. Living within commuting distance of Sevenoaks and with your own transport. Prepared to work in the office 4 days a week with occasional travel to the venues.
