Head of Finance | Ross-on-Wye | c£75,000
Are you an experienced finance leader ready to shape the future of a growing, private equity-backed business?
Igne is looking for a commercially minded Head of Finance to lead our Finance function during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Reporting to the CFO, you'll take ownership of day-to-day finance operations while driving the centralisation of the Finance team, strengthening controls, developing talent, and supporting strategic business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Finance team
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounts
- Manage treasury, cashflow forecasting, and banking relationships
- Drive finance systems, ERP, and process improvements
- Support business transformation, acquisitions, and integration activities
- Partner with senior leaders to enhance financial performance and decision-making

About you:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Previous experience as a Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or similar
- Strong technical accounting, reporting, and treasury experience
- Proven track record of leading change and developing teams
- Commercially astute with excellent stakeholder management skills
