You will be No 2 to an energised and development driven CFO, leading a team in the delivery of Management and Financial reporting, partnering with the Directors to drive profitable decision making

We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller to lead the day-to-day finance operations across the Group.

This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, developing the finance team, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, improving processes and systems, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, and supporting the CFO and wider leadership team in achieving business objectives.

Profile

Qualified or QBE Finance professional with team management skills, a high degree of commercial awareness, preferably with experience in multi-site hospitality or Retail

Job Offer

  • 80-85k plus benefits and possible progression into an FD role over time.
  • Hybrid working on offer (1-2 days remote)
