Head of Financial Planning & Analysis - 12 Month Contract

£100,000 - £110,000 Salary plus benefits

Here at Eutopia Search we are excited to share a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role with an established market leader in its industry. This high-profile position offers the chance to make a real impact, working alongside senior leadership and driving critical financial decisions across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the Group’s Mid-Long planning process, focusing on continuous improvements and seamless execution.
- Take ownership of the core Financial Planning and Analysis scenario model, providing key financial insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with senior finance and non-finance stakeholders, ensuring that strategic insights challenge assumptions and improve operations.
- Partnering with business leaders to unlock value, providing expert financial guidance that shapes strategy and drives continuous improvement.
- Support on Group-wide financial modelling, including M&A, capital allocation, and refinancing activities.
- Engage in budgeting and monthly forecasting, preparing high-impact presentations for the Group’s executive committee and board.
- Build relationships with a global network of finance teams and external partners to ensure best practices.

What You Bring:

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification
- Proven experience in finance planning, performance analysis, and commercial insights.
- Strong communicator who can influence senior management and challenge assumptions.

- High attention to detail, with the drive and energy to deliver outstanding results.
