Location: London (Hybrid)
Compensation: £140k – 175k + Bonus

The Opportunity
Finatal is partnered with a leading PE-backed global professional services business with c.£500m revenue, operating across 20+ international jurisdictions and serving institutional, corporate and private clients worldwide.
Backed by a leading private equity investor, the business is executing an ambitious growth and value creation strategy, combining organic expansion, operational excellence and strategic M&A. As it continues to scale, they are seeking a high-calibre Head of FP&A to work closely with the CFO, CEO and Board in driving business performance and supporting the next phase of growth.
This is a highly visible leadership role with significant exposure to investors, lenders and shareholders, offering the opportunity to shape strategy and play a key role in an eventual exit process.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Head of FP&A will lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic decision support across the Group.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Developing and embedding KPI frameworks aligned to shareholder value creation.
- Providing insightful analysis around business performance, highlighting key drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Delivering Board, shareholder and lender reporting.
- Owning the Group's strategic financial model and supporting long-term business planning.
- Partnering with senior leadership teams to drive accountability and performance improvement.
- Supporting strategic initiatives including M&A, integration and transformation programmes.
- Driving a data-led performance culture across the organisation.
- Presenting financial performance and strategy to executive and investor stakeholders.
- Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team across an international footprint.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an intellectually strong and commercially astute finance leader, capable of influencing stakeholders across a complex, international organisation.
Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA qualified.
- 10+ years' experience across FP&A, commercial finance or strategic finance roles.
- Strong financial modelling, planning and performance management expertise.
- Experience within a PE-backed, multi-entity and/or international business environment.
- Ability to translate strategy into measurable financial outcomes.
- Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.
- Previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exposure to private equity reporting, refinancing processes and exit readiness highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
