Head of FP&A

Hybrid role - Office Headquarters in the Thames Valley.

My client is an exciting, private equity-backed SaaS business entering a significant new phase of growth and investment. They are looking for a high-calibre Head of FP&A to join their expanding finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, insight, and value creation of the business.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, including C-suite executives and PE investors, providing clear, actionable insights that shape strategic and commercial decisions.

You’ll be a confident communicator, able to translate complex financial data into meaningful stories that support and influence non-finance stakeholders, particularly across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to interpret trends and explain the ‘story behind the numbers’
  • The confidence to present to senior leadership and investors
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach, able to challenge, support, and add value across the business
  • Experience working in a SaaS or recurring-revenue environment would be beneficial
