Head of FP&A
Location: Warwickshire or London based
We're supporting a growing private equity-backed international business with the appointment of a newly created Head of FP&A.
Reporting into the CFO, this is a broad role with ample exposure across the business. You'll collaborate closely with the Board and senior leadership team, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while facilitating better commercial decision-making.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the Group budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
- Prepare Board packs and investor reporting
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario planning
- Develop reporting systems, dashboards, and organisational processes
- Work with senior stakeholders to hold teams accountable and clarify performance insights
- Support acquisitions and integration projects as the business scales
- Travel occasionally to the US and Germany
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have prior FP&A experience in a Private Equity (PE)-backed business
- Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excels in financial modelling and advanced Excel operations
- Be passionate about improving reporting and system efficiencies
- Exhibit confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
- Thrives in commercially-focused environments, especially around decision-making
- Seek an impactful role where their contributions drive tangible business outcomes
