About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Financial Reporting to lead the financial reporting function and ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and high-quality financial information across the business.
This role is responsible for overseeing month-end close activities, maintaining a robust financial controls environment, and driving continuous improvement across financial accounting and reporting processes. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team while playing a key role in supporting finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Own balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and financial control activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and close-cycle efficiency.
- Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and financial reporting expertise across the business.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing financial reporting team.
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including system implementations and process enhancements.
- Strengthen reporting capabilities, controls, and governance through effective use of technology.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
