Head of Fire
At Zeta, we're looking for a commercially driven Head of Fire to lead and grow the Fire side of the business, providing strategic leadership, commercial direction, and operational excellence across our Fire Risk Assessment, Consultancy, and Training services. This role focuses on driving profitable growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional service to our customers while taking ownership of the commercial success of the business.

Here is a look at some of the things you will be doing
- Leading Zeta's Fire business, creating a high-performing culture focused on commercial growth, customer excellence, and technical quality
- Driving commercial and operational performance, with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and the successful delivery of business objectives
- Working closely with customers and the Commercial Team to identify new business opportunities, support tenders and bids, strengthen key client relationships, and expand our Fire service offering
- Leading, developing, and mentoring a team of Fire Risk Assessors and technical specialists while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, quality, and service delivery
Can You Show Experience In Some Of These Areas
- Significant leadership experience within Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Consultancy, or a related compliance or technical services environment
- A proven track record of leading and developing teams of Fire Risk Assessors or similar technical professionals, creating a high-performing culture while delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience managing profit and loss performance, ideally with responsibility for a £1m-£2m business unit or service line, alongside a proven ability to drive commercial growth and profitability
- A commercially astute and inspirational leadership style, with the ability to influence customers, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
