The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Food & Beverage to lead our service team and oversee the planning and delivery of market-leading culinary and beverage offerings. This role is pivotal in ensuring guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and commercial success across daily operations, bespoke events, and experiential activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring best-practice hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs and training programs for service excellence.
- Manage budgets (OPEX & CAPEX), financial compliance, and monthly reporting.
- Drive revenue through upselling and optimising profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards (HACCP, FSA).
- Collaborate with Head Chef and Front-of-House teams on menus and service.
- Maintain stock control, procurement, and CRM system efficiency.
- Support marketing initiatives for events and experiences.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff development.

Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B management within hospitality or luxury settings.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and POS systems.
- Personal Alcohol License and Level 3 Food Hygiene certification.
- HACCP, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshall, Manual Handling certifications.
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent beverage knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
