Interim Head of Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment (F,A&R)
Location: UK (Hybrid)
Contract: 12–18 months
Start Date: ASAP
Role Overview:
We are hiring an Interim Head of Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment (F,A&R) for a leading fashion / general merchandise retailer. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for owning end-to-end forecasting, allocation, and replenishment across store and online channels. The role will also play a key part in implementing a next-generation planning capability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment function
- Lead store-level forecasting and DC to store replenishment
- Define and manage allocation strategies across channels
- Drive availability, stock optimisation, and trading performance
- Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and technology teams
- Support design, build, and implementation of planning systems (Blue Yonder, RELEX, SAP, etc.)
- Lead and mentor planning teams

Key Requirements:
- Experience in fashion or general merchandise retail (not FMCG/grocery)
- Proven ownership of Forecasting, Allocation & Replenishment
- Strong experience in store-level replenishment and allocation
- Hands-on experience with planning tools (Blue Yonder, RELEX, SAP, etc.)
- Experience in transformation or system implementation is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
