Head of FP&A | UK & Ireland
We're seeking a commercially minded finance leader to head up a high-profile Finance Business Partnering and FP&A function within a multi-channel consumer business.
Reporting to the Finance Director and leading a small, talented team, this role will drive forecasting, performance management, strategic planning, and business partnering across the organisation.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to provide insight, challenge, and decision support that shapes commercial strategy and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting processes
- Delivering meaningful insight and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Driving business partnering across commercial and operational functions
- Developing financial models, investment cases, and scenario planning capability
- Enhancing reporting, analytics, and performance management frameworks
- Leading financial transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building and developing a high-performing finance team

Requirements
We're looking for a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong FP&A and business partnering experience, a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a track record of driving commercial performance through insight and analysis.
