Cental London | Hybrid 4 Days | £110,000 to £130,000 + Profit Share (4-Year Vesting)

We're looking for an exceptional Head of FP&A to build and lead the FP&A and Commercial Finance function.
This is a genuine opportunity to create something, influence strategy and have a huge impact on the future of the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll build and lead the FP&A and Commercial Finance function, helping shape how the business makes decisions as it continues its rapid growth journey.

You'll be responsible for:
- Building the FP&A and Commercial Finance capability from the ground up.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across the Group.
- Developing commercial models, scenario planning and strategic financial analysis.
- Business partnering with the Executive Team and operational leaders to improve commercial performance.
- Producing board packs, KPI dashboards and insightful management reporting.
- Supporting investor reporting, fundraising and strategic finance projects.
- Tracking acquisition performance, synergies and post-acquisition integration.
- Owning cashflow forecasting and supporting funding and growth plans.
- Providing strategic financial insight to support investment, pricing and commercial decision-making.
- Driving improvements in finance systems, reporting capability and data quality.
- Leveraging AI, automation and technology to improve reporting, forecasting and business insight.
- Acting as a trusted commercial partner to the Finance Director and wider leadership team.
About You
We're looking for someone exceptionally bright, commercially curious and ambitious.
You'll probably be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with an excellent academic background.
- Someone who has built or significantly developed an FP&A or Commercial Finance function.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A confident business partner who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and challenging the status quo.
- Able to demonstrate genuine impact throughout a progressive career, whether that's in a £20m, £100m or £500m business. Growth mindset and commercial impact matter far more than company size.

Experience within SaaS, technology or another high-growth environment would be advantageous, but not essential. We'd also love to hear from people with multi-site experience across sectors such as retail, property, leisure or hospitality, where commercial performance, operational insight and data-driven decision making are critical.
