Head of FP&A

Head of FP&A | High-Growth Tech/SaaS Company | London

£100,000-£120,000 plus bonus and equity

I’m working with a rapidly growing, PE-backed Tech/SaaS business recognised for its innovative approach and significant market presence. Operating in a high-growth, acquisitive environment, the business is scaling quickly and embarking on its next phase of expansion.

This newly created Head of FP&A role is a critical hire, partnering directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, deliver insightful analysis, and support informed decision-making during an exciting scale-up journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the planning and forecasting cycles, ensuring robust financial models to support ongoing growth and acquisitions.
  • Strategic Analysis: Provide detailed analysis of business performance and new ventures to inform leadership decisions.
  • M&A Support: Play a key role in financial due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.
  • Systems Integration: Work on system enhancements to drive efficiencies across the finance function.
  • Commercial Partnership: Collaborate with operational teams to align financial insights with business strategies.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team to meet evolving organisational needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA-qualified, or equivalent experience, with a strong FP&A background.
  • Proven track record in a PE-backed, high-growth Tech/SaaS business.
  • Experience in acquisitive, scaling environments with a focus on process optimisation.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, dynamic approach suited to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
