Head of FP&A - Hawkstone Collective

About Hawkstone

Hawkstone started in 2021 with a simple idea: make properly good lager, cider and spirits using the best British-grown ingredients, without cutting corners. Jeremy Clarkson launched us alongside the team at Cotswold Brewing Company and creative agency The & Partnership.

Originally a way to utilise barley from Diddly Squat Farm, we’ve evolved into a brewery working closely with British farmers of barley, apples and hops. We don’t just make craft beer—we builder graft beer.

Our progress speaks for itself. From a standing start, we hit £45 million in revenue by March 2026, fuelled by average annual growth of over 128% for three consecutive years. We’re stocked in over 2,000 retail outlets (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, and Costco), served in 4,000+ pubs and bars, and exported to 10 European countries. The Sunday Times ranked us the 24th fastest-growing company in Britain. We’re hungry to keep this momentum going—and that’s where you come in.

The Role: Head of FP&A

We’re growing faster than most—but now, we need someone to build a £100m+ business’s financial planning engine. You’ll be the Head of FP&A: turning data into decisions, building processes from scratch, and partnering closely with commercial and sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Own and continuously improve Hawkstone’s rolling forecast and planning processes across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Develop scalable FP&A processes, models and reporting frameworks suited to a fast-scaling business.
  • Lead the annual budgeting cycle, reforecasts, and long-range planning in partnership with the Finance Director and commercial team.
  • Deliver scenario planning, sensitivity analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and give visibility into performance drivers.
  • Support the development of integrated business planning and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
  • Design planning tools and templates for the leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
