Head of FP&A Location: Surrey (Hybrid) Salary: £90,000–£100,000 + Benefits
The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A leader to join a high-growth business in a newly created Head of FP&A position. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for building and establishing the FP&A function, creating the processes, reporting and commercial insights required to support ambitious growth plans. With the business targeting a doubling of turnover over the next three years, this role will play a key part in driving strategic decision-making and performance management across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Build and develop the FP&A function, processes and reporting framework. Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities. Deliver meaningful management reporting, KPI analysis and commercial insights. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions. Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge performance and identify growth opportunities. Support Board and executive-level reporting. Drive improvements in planning, forecasting and business performance.

About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). Proven experience in a senior FP&A role. Demonstrable track record of building or significantly developing an FP&A function. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills. Commercially minded with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience within a growing, fast-paced business environment is highly desirable.
