Head of FP&A | PE Backed Technology | Salary £120,000 - £140,000 + bonus and benefits
I am currently partnering with a PE backed Technology company who are looking for a Head of FP&A to come and join a growing team. This is a very exciting opportunity to join a business which is growing massively with the opportunity to IPO. This isn't a standard FP&A role but one where you will be driving the strategy of the business while taking it through an IPO.
Your Responsibilities
- Build a modern, scalable FP&A infrastructure from the ground up, bringing in the best in class process and software.
- Standardised workflows for budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Own and build complex financial models for the business to support decision making.
- Full ownership of the end to end strategic, annual and business planning cycles, aligning overall vision for the business.
- Translate complex metrics and financial results to deliver high impact storytelling to the executive team.
- Identify untapped revenue levers, cost efficiencies and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a key business partner to the executive team to deliver analytical information for decision making.

- Proven experience in leading and running an FP&A function within a global high growth Tech/ platform.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
- Demonstrate a track record of system implementation and building robust processes.
- Expectational financial modelling skills.
- Brilliant stakeholder management and the ability to influence.
For this role you will be building a high-performing function therefore you will need to have prior FP&A/ Commercial finance experience to be considered.
