About the Role
We are partnering with a high-growth, international leader operating across multiple countries and backed by leading global investors. With a strong track record of expansion and a clear strategy for continued growth both organic and through acquisitions. The business is seeking an ambitious Head of FP&A to join its leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior, high-visibility role within a fast-paced, results-driven environment, supporting operations across Europe.
Reporting to the regional Finance Director, you will lead planning and performance management across a diverse, multi-country portfolio. You’ll play a critical role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple business units and consolidating regional financial plans
- Deliver monthly management reporting with clear insights and commentary
- Analyse financial performance, including variance analysis against budget and forecast
- Provide competitor and market analysis to support strategic decisions
- Develop robust financial models to predict growth and performance and evaluate new and existing projects, investments, and initiatives
- Support business cases and capital allocation decisions and partner with commercial and operational leaders to drive value creation
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including regional leadership teams
- Act as a trusted advisor to support performance improvement and growth initiatives
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing FP&A team

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience and proven track record in FP&A, commercial finance, or similar roles. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international or multi-entity environment and possess strong commercial and analytical skills to influence decision making through effective financial modelling.
