Position: Head of FP&A and Investor Relations
We are seeking a strategic leader to lead Teya’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations. This role will partner directly with the CFO, CEO, and leadership team to shape financial strategy, manage capital allocation, and maintain transparent and credible stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead the FP&A function to drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning across all business lines.
- Develop and refine a disciplined performance management framework, including:
- Unit economics dashboarding
- Cohort analysis and management
- Growth analytics
- Ensure cost discipline and accountability across teams with clear visibility into efficiency metrics.
- Implement and stakeholders AI-driven forecasting, automation, and digital tools to enhance decision-making.

Investor Relations
- Develop and implement investor communication strategies, including but not limited to:
- Quarterly reporting & investor presentations
- Board material preparation
- Articulate Teya’s strategy, financial performance, and growth perspective transparently and credibly.
- Benchmark competitive practices (analysts such as Nubank, Revolut, Progressive Insurance) and integrate the latest in investor reporting best practices.
Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the executive team to evaluate investment opportunities, capital allocation decisions, and high-growth initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and nurture a high-performing FP&A team, with a focus on:
- Analytical rigor and strategic thinking
- Cross-functional partnerships
- Cost discipline and operational excellence
- Drive functional alignment between Finance, Strategy, Product, and Operations teams to execute strategy effectively.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Minimum 3 years leading an FP&A function in high-growth fintech, technology, or financial services companies.
- Strong expertise in:
- Financial modeling, cohoir and cohort analysis, capital allocation, and cost management.
- Foresight into pinance automation trends (including AI).
- Track record of managing investor relations with clarity and transparency, preferably including board communications.
Leadership & Mindset
- Unreserved ability to inspire stakeholders, build teams, and drive results in dynamic, data-driven environments.
- Proven record of business transformation successes in Finance, with a strong bias toward digital tools and efficiency.
- Relentlessly fosters a culture of data-driven, cost-conscious decision-making.
