We're working with a leading infrastructure business that is looking to hire a Head of FP&A – Projects to support the delivery of a large and growing project portfolio.
This is a key finance leadership role, partnering closely with project and operational teams to provide financial insight, forecasting, and performance reporting across major capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning for project activities
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management
- Partner with Project Directors and operational teams to improve performance
- Monitor project costs, profitability, cash flow, and key financial metrics
- Support investment decisions through financial modelling and business case analysis
- Develop and improve reporting processes and financial controls
- Lead and develop a small FP&A team

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, utilities, or a project-based environment
- Experience working with large projects and capital expenditure programmes
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, commercial environment
