An outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused FP&A professional to join a growing multi-site business in a highly visible role.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and commercial analysis while helping drive smarter decision-making across the organisation. You'll also play a key role in improving reporting, developing business cases, and leveraging automation and BI tools to deliver meaningful insights.
Perfect for a qualified accountant who enjoys combining commercial finance, data-driven analysis, and stakeholder partnering to influence business performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own management reporting, board packs, KPI reporting, and performance analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modelling activities.
- Deliver actionable commercial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario models.
- Drive reporting automation and dashboard development using modern BI tools.
- Improve reporting processes, controls, data quality, and reporting consistency.
- Partner with operational teams to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
About You

Essential
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Strong FP&A, management reporting, or commercial finance experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Track record of reporting automation and process improvement.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or similar reporting tools.
- Multi-site, consumer-facing, hospitality, leisure, retail, or PE-backed environment.
- Group reporting, consolidations, or investment appraisal experience.
