About Us
We run Ofsted-registered holiday camps, football and classes for children across various Hackney venues. We've grown fast and need help running the engine that produces the most funn for the children.
About the Role
You'll own the operation so completely that the day-to-day stops landing on the founder's desk. It's not a coaching role, your value is in running it, not delivering it.
Working Pattern
Term Time (~39 weeks - 75%)
- Work from home, 9–5
- Rotas, compliance, admin, planning
- Occasional days out for school visits, flyering or equipment, one or two a month
School Holidays (~13 weeks - 25%)
- On site, 8–6
- Summer plus every half-term
- You're across our venues as the senior person on the ground: setting the standard, running quality control, holding 1-1s with your leads, meeting the team and the parents, and making the call when something needs one
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
