The generation stack is the studio.

Face consistency. Model selection. The way pores catch light. The asymmetry of a real face. The difference between a frame that feels human and one that screams AI. That's not infrastructure. That's the product.

We're MindAlter. We run 12+ AI characters across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. They have personalities. They have storylines. They have fans who pay real money to follow them. The studio generates $500K+/mo and we're scaling fast. We need someone to own AI content engineering end-to-end. Not support it. Own it.

Discovery. New models drop weekly. You know what's worth testing, what's hype, and what changes the game. You bring the breakthroughs back. You ignore the noise. Scaling. 12 characters today. 50 next. You decide how face consistency works across all of them. You decide which models become the standard. You build the stack that lets the studio ship without reinventing the wheel every time. Maintenance. When Kling degrades, you know why. When a LoRA drifts, you've already shipped the patch. The pipeline runs because you make it run.

The bar. If you're not the best generative AI person at your current company, this isn't your role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The standard is undetectable. Not "looks AI but high quality." Not "passes a 5-second scroll." Undetectable. If your work has ever been mistaken for real footage, you know what we mean. If it hasn't, you're not there yet.

The non-negotiable: ComfyUI. You build, debug, and optimize complex graphs in your sleep. You've worked with PuLID + LoRA + ControlNet stacks for character consistency. You've written custom nodes — or you could, if you needed to. If you've open-sourced any, send them. If ComfyUI isn't second nature to you, stop reading. Everything else on the stack we can talk about. This one we can't.

The rest of what we expect you to know cold:

— Image generation in production (Nano Banana, Flux, Imagen, Seedream) — you've shipped with them and can defend the call — Video pipelines (Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway, Luma) — you know every failure mode by heart - — — Face consistency at scale — LoRA training, PuLID, IP-Adapter, ControlNet — Voice and lip-sync — ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Rask, cross-lingual voice preservation — GPU economics — you know what a pipeline costs to run and how to bring it down — Prompt architecture — not "writing good prompts." Systems that produce consistent output across thousands of generations. — Model evaluation — you define what "good" means quantitatively and build the systems that enforce it — Frontier awareness — you read the papers, test the releases the day they drop, and have opinions

If half of that list felt obvious to you, keep reading. If it didn't, this isn't your role.

What we're offering. $100–180K base. Performance bonuses tied to studio growth — your stack powers every character, so when the studio scales, you scale. Full technical authority. No legacy architecture. No committee deciding which models you get to use. You own the stack. A portfolio of 12+ characters to build for. Real production load. Not optimizing the same pipeline for 18 months until you stop learning. Remote. Americas + Europe. We care about what your stack outputs, not what timezone you're in.

About us. The characters exist. The systems work. We run lean, we ship constantly, and we don't do bureaucracy. The work is sometimes edgy and unconventional — that's the nature of what we build.

Hiring from the Americas and Europe only.

One call within 48 hours if we like what we see. No 6-round gauntlet. We'll know fast. So will you. Show us what you've built.
