Head of Global Client Aquisition

Head of Global Client Acquisition

Vyta is a secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and lifecycle services company, helping enterprises manage technology responsibly, securely, and sustainably.

We partner with some of the world’s leading organisations to deliver:

  • Secure data destruction
  • ESG-driven circularity outcomes
  • Lifecycle visibility
  • Compliant technology reuse across global operations

As demand for circular IT and responsible technology management accelerates, we’re expanding our commercial function to grow across enterprise, public sector, and channel markets in the UK, Europe, and beyond.

About the Role

We’re seeking a commercially driven, strategically minded Head of Global Client Acquisition to lead and grow our business development teams across the UK and EU.

This role will focus on:

  • Securing and expanding relationships with multinational and global customers
  • Positioning Vyta as a trusted international partner for secure and sustainable IT lifecycle services

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead a team responsible for securing and expanding large-scale enterprise opportunities—both through Vyta’s operational locations and a growing global partner network.
  • Understand and commercially leverage the intersection of IT lifecycle management, ESG priorities, data security, and circular economy principles at the executive level.

This is a senior leadership role requiring someone who can combine strategic thinking, enterprise relationship development, and commercial execution at an international level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally develop and maintain senior strategic relationships with multinational customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop business development teams across the UK and Europe
  • Build a high-performance sales culture, focusing on enterprise opportunity creation and long-term strategic growth
  • Develop and execute international business development strategies for multinational customers
  • Drive global account acquisition and expansion across multiple territories and verticals
  • Leverage Vyta’s operational sites and global partner networks to create scalable commercial opportunities
  • Create frameworks for delivering consistent global lifecycle and ITAD services
  • Support the development of global service propositions covering:
    • Lifecycle management
    • ESG reporting
    • Secure data destruction
  • Lead complex multi-country commercial discussions, RFPs, and procurement engagements
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and strategic revenue growth across international markets
  • Position Vyta as a global leader in secure, sustainable IT lifecycle services

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
