London (Shoreditch) · Full-time · Global remit
Our mission for the next three years: scale production by an order of magnitude. Your job: make the system that does it.
creativehub.io automates commerce, the monetisation of attention. Our AI systems plug into a creator's social accounts and do the rest: we assess the attention they command, then automate the marketing and sales that turn it into hard currency.
We're AI accelerationists and techno-optimists. Data and technology inform our decisions, they don't create the vision. Humans understand human culture in a way machines can't, and we believe the AI era will bring unprecedented abundance, so long as it's shaped by people who want to make the world better.
Our domain is social commerce: booming, still in its infancy, and we're one of the leaders in the space. And behind every sale sits a real, physical operation; on-demand production, quality, packing and worldwide shipping across London, Düsseldorf and Brooklyn.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Growing by a scale of magnitude won't happen by working harder. It will happen because someone treats that operation as a system (orders, stock, people, cash) models it, finds the constraints, and removes them one by one. You don't need a manufacturing background, but time, cost and quality (the core trade-offs of manufacturing) are the heart of this role, and balancing them is largely a quantitative exercise. That someone is you.
Two things we screen for, read this before applying.
- STEM skills. This is a prerequisite. A quantitative mind is what lets you break a complex problem into the right set of moving parts and make them solvable; faster, and with more certainty. You'll be asked to model problems live in the interview. If reaching for a script is not your natural first move, this isn't your role.
- High agency. This is what we are looking for. We want people who define their own goals, search the solution space, implement the solution, and measure the result.

- Two examples of high agency, in detail. For each: define the problem (from your personal life, studies, or any job, ideally involving technology), how you searched the solution space, what you built or did, and the measurable result. Choose things that weren't obvious, things other people around you didn't do.
Be ready to demonstrate what you built: the spreadsheet, the script, the tool, the data.
