Head of B2B Branded Channels - RELOCATE TO COPENHAGEN

We’re looking for an experienced commercial leader to drive the global growth and performance of our B2B branded retail channels, including certified stores, retail partnerships, and travel retail. This is a high-impact global role focused on commercial success, operational excellence, and delivering a consistent premium brand experience across international markets.

Key Responsibilities Lead and evolve the global B2B branded channel strategy and commercial model Drive expansion of certified stores and partner retail networks globally Ensure retail excellence through strong operational standards and performance management Oversee product and sales training to elevate in-store execution Partner with regional and local teams to deliver commercial growth Protect and enhance brand consistency across all retail touchpoints Build strong long-term relationships with global partners and franchise networks Lead and develop a high-performing global team of ~15, including senior leaders

What We’re Looking For Significant experience in B2B branded retail, franchise, or partner-led retail models within consumer/lifestyle brands Proven success scaling and transforming commercial retail channels globally Strong leadership experience managing large partner or franchise networks Commercially driven with expertise in store operations, customer experience, and partner performance Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in matrixed global organisations Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
