Head of Sales UK and Europe – Temperature Controlled Distribution Solutions
Basic to £100k Plus Uncapped OTE - £140k plus, Car/allowance, healthcare and benefits, remote, UK
Established for 35 years, this innovative British Manufacturer has developed a portfolio of new products that are proving game-changing within the temperature-controlled distribution sector. The products have been developed over 8 years, tested extensively, and are live with significant manufacturing capacity in place. They are already in volume use with some of the largest names within pharmaceutical logistics.
This area of the business has now scaled to the point that they are investing in an ambitious and motivated Head of Sales/Sales Director for the UK and Europe. The opportunity is there to take on a well-developed sales funnel with the realistic possibility of quick, significant wins.

You will have full commercial ownership of the business and future strategy, supported by the rest of the senior management team. In the medium term, you will model and scale the sales function around yourself.
Key Requirements:
- Senior sales experience within temperature-controlled pharmaceutical logistics, ideally working for one of the major 3rd-party distribution companies specializing within the field.
- Alternatively, you may have a sales background in one of the following areas:
- Packaging specialists with direct pharma shipper relationships.
- Partner, alliance, and channel managers inside the packaging and cold chain players who own the forwarder and carrier relationships.
- Forwarder side commercial leads with a strong pharma shipper book.
