Head of Go To Market

About BDO – June 2024

Ideas | People | Trust

We’re BDO, an accountancy and business advisory firm, providing the advice and solutions entrepreneurial organisations need to navigate today’s changing world.

We work with the companies that are Britain’s economic engine—ambitious, entrepreneurially-spirited, high-growth businesses that fuel the economy—and directly advise the owners and management teams leading them.

We’ll broaden your horizons

Our Sales and Marketing team is evolving to directly support BDO’s growth ambitions, creating a high-performing function that delivers strong technical skills, reliable outcomes, and outcome-led prioritisation. It’s large enough to provide diverse roles and critical challenges but personal enough to ensure you’re supported and empowered from day one.

Here, we think beyond activity. You’ll contribute ideas, fresh thinking, and help shape campaigns, insights, and engagement across the business. Working with internal clients, you’ll deepen your industry knowledge and add tangible value to your role.

From strategic storytelling to capability building, you’ll grow your skills while working with people committed to excellence.

Learn & Succeed

Leading organisations trust us due to the depth of our advice. That quality comes from understanding their business through long-term relationships and collaboration.

You’ll need to be:

  • Proactive yet disciplined in managing your workload.
  • Confident collaborating with senior leaders, directors, and BDO’s Partners.
  • Encouraged to spot and promote opportunities for enhanced service and engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
