Role/Team overview
The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise-wide AI ambition, strategy and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value. The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates, manages key external AI partnerships and ensures alignment with Comcast / NBCU.
The Head of AI Workflow Transformation leads the team responsible for accelerating Sky’s agentic transformation, embedding forward deployed teams within business functions to reimagine AI-enabled work, design AI solutions and collaboratively deliver deployments alongside technology teams.

What you’ll do
AI Workflow Re-imagination
- Lead forward deployed cross-functional teams that partner with the business to map existing processes, reimagine AI-enabled work and design AI solutions
- Build repeatable methodologies and playbooks for workflow transformation that can be applied across different business contexts
- Oversee documentation and prioritisation of product requirements and manage the delivery roadmap
AI Portfolio Management
- Manage day-to-day AI portfolio intake, prioritisation and governance, ensuring the right initiatives are accelerated
- Triage solution requirements and partner with technology on deploying low-code and custom AI solutions to meet business needs
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning and commercial focus
Agentic AI Operating model
- Drive adoption and evolution of agentic AI solutions to transform ways of working and unlock tangible and measurable commercial advantage
- Contribute to enterprise frameworks, standards, guardrails and enablement models
- Partner with Technology teams on platform design, infrastructure, tooling and vendor strategy, ensuring platform capabilities meet evolving business needs
Leadership & Influence
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Sky and external partners
- Build and lead a high-performing team that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What you’ll bring
Essential criteria:
Strategy & Consulting Experience
- Significant experience solving complex, strategic business problems in a high-performance environment, such as top-tier consulting or equivalent roles
- Experience in mapping complex business processes and identifying high-value improvement opportunities
- Proven ability to run collaborative workshops that reimagine workflows and design solutions to create more effective ways of working
Applied AI Experience
- Meaningful experience in AI transformation or solution delivery – preferably with experience in technology strategy, design and delivery
- Working understanding of LLM design concepts including prompt engineering, context windows, tool calling, guardrails, evaluations and Responsible AI
- Understanding of AI value levers, operating models and organisational enablers
Corporate and Enterprise Exposure
- Meaningful experience working within a complex corporate environment, navigating matrixed structures and influencing across diverse stakeholder groups

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and aligning cross-functional groups
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team in fast-paced environments

- A depth of problem solving and analytical skills
- Evidence-based decision maker who balances data-driven insights with commercial judgement
- Ability to design repeatable frameworks and methodologies from first principles, bringing structure to ambiguous, emerging domains

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 3 days in the office per week.
Your office base
Osterley
Our Sky Group HQ. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and workspaces, there’s plenty of space to see your big ideas come to life. Here you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants and cafes. Our Osterley Campus is just a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station, or you can get one of our free shuttle buses from Osterley, Gunnersbury and Ealing Broadway stations. Plus, there’s free onsite parking available for cars, motorbikes and bicycles.
