Head of Growth

Location: Hybrid (Old Street / WFH)

Reporting to: CMO

OMRE exists to build one of the defining longevity brands of our generation. Our science‑backed supplements target the root causes of aging, and in just two years we’ve scaled globally with the US as our primary market. Now we’re entering a new phase of rapid, efficient growth — and we’re hiring a Head of Growth to sit at the centre of it.

This role is for someone who thinks in systems, not channels. You understand how acquisition, creative, website, and retention fit together — and you know how to turn that into a high‑performing growth engine.

What you’ll lead

  • Acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
  • Full‑funnel performance from ad → landing → conversion → CRM
  • Paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels
  • CRO and landing page optimisation
  • New channel testing and validation
  • Data, unit economics, and growth forecasting
  • Cross‑functional alignment with Brand, Creative, and Retention
  • A multi‑disciplinary growth team (PPC, SEO, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Influencers, Creative Strategy, eCommerce)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
