Head of Growth - Consumer Retail
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £110,000 + bonus + benefits
A leading consumer retail business is looking for a Head of Growth to take ownership of its digital growth strategy and help accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and commercial performance.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced growth professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building a scalable growth engine across digital channels, analytics, and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop the overall growth strategy across digital channels
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives
- Lead performance marketing activity across key acquisition channels
- Develop data-led approaches to measurement, attribution, and optimization
- Identify new opportunities for growth through testing, insight, and innovation
- Build strong relationships across marketing, brand, technology, and commercial teams
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth function

What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in a senior growth, performance marketing, or digital leadership role
- Proven track record scaling e-commerce or consumer businesses
- Expertise across paid media, SEO, analytics, and customer growth strategies
- Strong commercial understanding of metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering measurable impact
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational delivery
