About the Role
As the Head of Growth for Cosmic Dealer, you will build the growth engine for one of London's most exciting clean chocolate brands from the ground up. Directly reporting to the founder, you'll own the entire growth P&L, push creative testing at high velocity, and scale the direct-to-consumer (DTC) channel. This is a true zero-to-one opportunity—transforming a scalable product idea into a global category leader with a £30M+ valuation trajectory.
About Cosmic Dealer
Cosmic Dealer is a premium clean chocolate brand founded in 2020. The award-winning, founder-led company replaces ultra-processed snacks with organic, functional, single-origin cacao treats. Marketed through a high-growth Shopify store and exclusive retail partnerships (including Healf), Cosmic Dealer redefines wellness and daily food rituals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full growth P&L, including:
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and payback targets
- Scaling via DTC (Shopify) and retail distribution
- Lead creative testing in breakneck speed with agencies, strategists, and teams
- Scale paid media, CRM (Klaviyo), and affiliates, while rewriting efficiency KPIs
- Design and execute a subscription and retention strategy to convert onetime buyers into loyal brand advocates
- Grow a department of three (Growth Associate, CRM Lead, and Performance Manager) within the first year

Ideal Candidate
Core Experience
- 5–8 years in growth marketing or performance marketing, ideally scaling from £5M–£30M revenue
- Expertise in paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) and ecommerce (Shopify) ecosystems
- Proven track record of data fluency combined with a keen creative eye
Mindset & Culture Fit
