Head of Growth (£80k-£90k + Equity) at Cosmic Dealer

Head of Growth

Salary: £80k-£90k + Equity Location: London, UK

Company Description

Cosmic Dealer is a premium clean chocolate brand dedicated to transforming everyday eating habits into healthy rituals. Founded in 2020, this award-winning, founder-led brand replaces ultra-processed snacks with organic, functional, single-origin cacao treats. Available via a high-growth Shopify store and renowned UK retailers like Healf, Cosmic Dealer is committed to redefining the category.

About the Role

This is the first senior hire opportunity for a challenger brand. As Head of Growth, you will build the entire growth strategy for Cosmic Dealer from the ground up, reporting directly to the founder. Full ownership of the growth P&L—including acquisition, retention, LTV, CAC, and payback targets—across both DTC (Shopify) and retail channels.

The opportunity involves:

  • Scaling an award-winning CPG brand from startup to market leader, with a £30M+ trajectory.
  • Transitioning proven product-market fit into a globally influential clean snack category.
  • Full autonomy, no corporate layers or bureaucracy—direct communication with the founder.
  • The chance to build your own team of three within your first year:
    • Growth Associate
    • CRM Lead
    • Performance Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
