🚀 About the Role Ignite are teaming up with one of the UK’s most thriving Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Food Subscription brands. Over the past 12–18 months, they’ve experienced outstanding growth and are now scaling further—this is their first-ever Head of Growth role, creating an opportunity to shape the company’s future direction.
Growth & Performance Marketing sits at the core of their business, accounting for 90% of revenue. This is not an inherited strategy: it’s a chance to build the function from the ground up, lead the roadmap, and drive a transformative impact.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead an all-encompassing Growth & Performance Marketing strategy in a high-growth D2C Subscription business.
- Own the development of paid media campaigns—focused on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube—to drive acquisition and growth.
- Master CRM and retention marketing, with a sharp focus on customer lifecycle optimisation and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to validate and refine go-to-market strategies.
- Set KPIs and sub-KPIs for paid social to drive test-and-learn innovation.
- Convey strategic narratives to stakeholders and champion data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiently manage £250k+ monthly paid media budgets across ad platforms.
- Cultivate high-performing teams—especially in areas like Creative & Performance Marketing—and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience in D2C Growth Marketing, preferably in a high-growth D2C subscription business.
- Expertise in paid social, with a deep understanding of Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets of £250k+ per month.
- Strong foundation in CRM strategies and customer retention, with an understanding of customer lifecycle and LTV.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams, particularly in Creative or Performance Marketing roles.
- Skills in scaling businesses—ideally growing revenue from £10m to £50m+.

Specs
- Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 (based on your experience)
- Location: Central London, working 3 days in-office, 2 days flexible
