Head of Growth
London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office) | Up to £110,000 + 20% Bonus
This is a rare opportunity to lead the growth strategy for two established consumer brands at a pivotal stage of their digital transformation. As Head of Growth, you will take ownership of a major acquisition and performance marketing function, shaping how the business attracts, converts, and retains customers across multiple channels while driving measurable commercial impact.

This organisation is a well-known retail and e-commerce business with a strong multi-channel presence across the UK and international markets. They combine a recognised consumer brand heritage with ambitious investment in digital growth, customer experience, performance marketing, and data-driven decision making.
As part of an ongoing transformation, they are building a modern growth engine focused on acquisition, experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled discovery. The business offers a fast-paced environment where commercial thinking and innovation are highly valued.
The Role
You will lead growth strategy and execution across acquisition, performance marketing, organic growth, analytics, and experimentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and optimise paid media channels including PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and emerging acquisition platforms
- Develop growth strategies that balance short-term revenue performance with long-term customer value
- Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to strengthen visibility across both traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms
- Build and evolve attribution models, incrementality testing frameworks, forecasting processes, and budget allocation strategies
- Create a high-performance testing culture focused on delivering meaningful commercial outcomes
- Develop insight-led media plans aligned to seasonal campaigns, customer behaviour, and business objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing and organic growth specialists
- Partner closely with brand, creative, commercial, merchandising, and technology teams
- Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience leading growth or performance marketing functions within a consumer, retail, fashion, or e-commerce environment
- Deep expertise across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, and broader digital acquisition channels
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and driving profitable growth
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement
- Experience building and delivering SEO and organic growth strategies, including knowledge of GEO and AI-driven search trends
- Proven people leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- In-house experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to balance multiple brands, business units, or customer propositions while maintaining strong commercial performance
