The Opportunity
Our GTM function is already scaling, but it's still early. We're looking for an experienced growth leader to own the demand engine: the PLG flywheel, the activation motion, and the product-qualified pipeline that feeds a sales team ready to close.
This is a leadership position where you'll build and lead a team of DevRel engineers, content marketers, and growth engineers across multiple geographies. You'll work closely with sales on the handoff from product-led signups to enterprise deals.
The audience already exists everywhere serious AI development is happening. Your job is to turn that reach into a compounding, international commercial motion.
What You'll Do
- Build the conversion funnel into Logfire signups, from the Pydantic and Pydantic AI community and well beyond it
- Own content, DevRel, community, and demand generation to build awareness and turn developer mindshare into a steady flow of signups and conversions
- Build the lead scoring framework across the funnel: marketing-qualified leads from content and campaigns, product-qualified leads from usage signals, and the sales-qualified handoff so sales knows exactly when to reach out, all wired into the CRM
- Build competitive displacement campaigns that win teams away from incumbent tools: ROI calculators, migration guides, and high-intent paid search
- Hire and lead a global team of DevRel engineers, content marketers, growth engineers, and demand generation specialists
- Set OKRs, analyze data, and optimize the funnel
Who You Are
- Experience owning a product-led growth motion end to end, from self-serve adoption through to enterprise pipeline, at a developer tools, observability, or AI infrastructure company
- Obsessed with analytics, and technical enough to drive the work yourself: writing SQL, reading a product funnel, and briefing a growth engineer when you need to ship something bigger
- Experience hiring and leading DevRel and content teams across multiple markets
- A genuine understanding of developer communities and what it takes to earn their trust
- Experience building product-usage-to-pipeline systems and the data infrastructure behind them
- Bonus: Experience at companies known for developer-led growth (e.g. Vercel, Grafana Labs, HashiCorp, Stripe, Sentry, Linear) or at AI-native companies close to this category

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About us
Pydantic is the default data validation library every Python developer reaches for, and almost no one in AI builds without it. Over a billion downloads a month, in production at every FAANG company and 20 of the 25 largest on the NASDAQ, Pydantic is not just a popular library, it is the bedrock of AI development.
On the back of that foundation, we've built Pydantic Logfire: one platform that replaces the combination of tools AI teams rely on. Where teams today stitch together a stack of separate tools for tracing and telemetry, prompt optimization and evals, and error tracking, Logfire brings it all together, in one place. Pydantic AI is becoming the dominant Python agent framework, and more than 40,000 developers already use Logfire. The hard part, earning developer adoption, is behind us. We're early in building the commercial motion, and Sequoia is backing us to do exactly that.
How We Work
- Developers come first: We built the most downloaded Python library in the world by earning developer trust, not by chasing growth. That's how we expect growth to work here too.
- Fully remote: Our team is distributed across the US and Europe. We work asynchronously and come together in-person three times a year around the world.
- Autonomy with a bias to action: Small teams with real ownership and the freedom to make decisions. We hire people we trust and then trust the people we hire.
