Head of Growth – Pretty Lavish & NOBL (Hybrid) Widford, Hertfordshire
Pretty Lavish continues to emerge within the fashion industry, bridging the gap between high street and designer brands. Recognised for sophisticated occasionwear, luxury knitwear and modern bridesmaid collections, the brand blends timeless design with affordable luxury.
Purpose of the Role:
The Head of Growth is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across Pretty Lavish and Nobl through customer acquisition, retention and optimisation of the digital revenue engine.
Reporting directly to the founders, this role owns performance marketing, lifecycle growth, trading insight and digital experimentation - ensuring both brands scale efficiently while maintaining strong contribution margins.
This is a commercially accountable role with ownership of growth KPIs including revenue, CAC, MER, blended ROAS, LTV and new customer acquisition.
How the role fits:
The Head of Growth sits at the intersection of marketing, ecommerce and data - translating brand campaigns into scalable, measurable growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
