Commercial Director

Note: SINCE WELREX IS IN START-UP MODE, REMUNERATION FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED ON STRAIGHT PERCENTAGE AND KPI-LINKED EQUITY, WITH A HIGHER LEVEL AVAILABLE FOR THE BEST CANDIDATE. Above market commission will be paid promptly for successfully closed deals.

WELREX® is a London-based digital Wealth Management platform that takes the relationship of Independent Relationship Managers (IRMs)* and their U/HNW clients to the next level. WELREX provides a superior way to manage, preserve and grow wealth, saving time, money, and effort for IRMs and their clients. We promote transparency and strengthen trust between IRMs and their clients, transcending existing global Wealth Management standards.

We need an energized and committed person to take responsibility for generating prospective WELREX IRMs, by sourcing candidates from the open market, leveraging direct and indirect networks and groups, including recruiters, and screening/filtering candidates. Remuneration for this role will be based on success fee and KPI-linked equity options initially (first 6-12 months), with salary possible upon business reaching key milestones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
