About BookedSolid

BookedSolid is an AI communication platform for allied health, focused on streamlining the administration bottleneck for clinics and clinicians across the UK, EU, Australia and New Zealand.

Founded in late 2024, our mission is to revolutionise communication and front desk accessibility for patients across the allied health sector, so that organisations can focus on using human resources to deliver the best care possible.

Over 1500 healthcare professionals across the world, from small clinics all the way to large healthcare groups, use BookedSolid every day, keeping their patients connected 24/7 through calls, SMS and website chat.

We're now entering a new phase of growth and are looking to expand our London based team to support our growing customer base.

The Head of Growth Role

Your role as head of growth is to be responsible for our entire digital marketing and growth strategy, across multiple markets (UK, EU, Australia & New Zealand). This will consist in managing direction and budgets, the key tech tools used for driving growth as well as individual sub-contractors where needed. You'll be responsible for ensuring we plan and ultimately hit our growth targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
