Build the UK growth engine for one of the world’s most differentiated Managed XDR providers.
LMNTRIX is looking for an accomplished cybersecurity sales leader to take ownership of our growth across the United Kingdom.
This is not a role for someone who wants to inherit a mature territory and manage an existing pipeline. It is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales executive to build a significant UK business with the backing of a globally established cybersecurity company, a differentiated platform and direct access to senior engineering and executive leadership.
About LMNTRIX
LMNTRIX is a globally recognised Managed Extended Detection and Response provider.
Our Active Defense approach helps organisations detect, investigate, contain and remediate threats that bypass their existing security controls. Rather than asking customers to replace their current technology investments, LMNTRIX can sit above and alongside their existing security stack to improve visibility, validation and response.
Our unified MXDR platform provides coverage across 13 security domains, including:
- Endpoint
- Network
- Cloud
- Identity
- Next-Generation SIEM
- Mobile
- OT and IoT
- Deception
- Threat intelligence
- Dark web and external attack-surface monitoring
- Full-packet forensics
- User and entity behaviour analytics
- Automated attack validation
LMNTRIX has been:
- Positioned as a Leader in the IDC MarketScape for Worldwide Emerging Managed Detection and Response Services
- Included as a representative vendor in Gartner’s Market Guide for Managed Detection and Response Services
- Recognised among the world’s Top 250 MSSPs by MSSP Alert
- Highly rated by customers across Gartner Peer Insights and G2
We support organisations across multiple countries and industries, working through both direct customer relationships and an established global partner ecosystem.
The opportunity
As Head of Growth for the UK, you will be responsible for developing and executing the market strategy that establishes LMNTRIX as a significant player in the UK cybersecurity market.
You will own revenue growth across direct enterprise sales, channel partners, managed service providers, strategic alliances and selected mid-market opportunities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will ideally bring:
- A successful track record selling cybersecurity software or managed security services in the UK
- Established relationships across enterprise customers, partners, MSSPs, consultancies or distributors
- Experience selling MDR, MXDR, MSS, XDR, EDR, SIEM, SOC services or related security solutions
- The ability to communicate credibly with both technical security teams and C-level executives
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- A history of achieving substantial annual revenue or ARR targets
- Strong commercial judgement and disciplined pipeline management
- The confidence to operate independently in a remote, entrepreneurial environment
- The ability to turn market relationships into qualified opportunities and long-term customer partnerships
