HEAD OF GROWTH, EMEA
About Miri Growth
Founded in 2017 and part of MSQ (1,850+ people, 22 offices), Miri is a creative performance and user acquisition agency specialising in mobile app growth. We’re a proven partner for the biggest gaming, health and fitness and fintech brands, running performance-led creative and UA campaigns across media platforms.
Our highly experienced in-house creative and design team handles everything from UGC to motion design, whilst our UA team accelerates app performance.
As part of the MSQ group, we combine the agility of a specialist agency with the backing and reach of a global network.
The Role
This is a senior, hands-on commercial leadership role for someone who can build a pipeline, and convert it.
You'll be Miri's senior sales figure in EMEA, owning new business end to end, driving the full sales cycle, and shaping how we show up across the region. That means setting go-to-market strategy and building our profile with the brands and studios that matter.
The Location
This role is ideally UK-based (remote/hybrid), with regular travel expected across Europe for client meetings, events and internal team sessions (typically 1-3 trips per quarter).
Key Responsibilities
New Business Sales (c. 80%)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mobile app advertisers across gaming, fintech, EdTech, health & fitness and other app-first verticals.
- Achieving in year sales targets set in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of new logos - drawing on a mix of outbound through self-generated outbound, networking, and events and the inbound brand-led demand you help create - with emphasis on new-to-Miri accounts, not just referrals.
- Sell consultatively to CMOs, VPs of Growth and UA leads - connecting Miri's creative + performance model to each client’s CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention objectives.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for Europe, reporting regularly to agency leadership.
- Represent Miri Growth at key industry events, conferences and client meetings; acting as a compelling ambassador for the agency's capabilities and results.
- We will expect you to travel to conferences, events and clients when required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Go-to-Market & Brand Leadership (c. 20%)
- Define and execute a EMEA go-to-market and demand generation strategy in partnership with global leadership.
- Help develop and sales and marketing assets, case studies, pitch decks, thought leadership content, social, etc, that articulate Miri's creative and UA proposition to the EMEA markets.
- Own the EMEA go-to-market and demand-generation strategy, deciding how Miri builds awareness, pipeline and reputation in the region, with strategic direction from senior leadership and central campaign resources to execute it.
- Identify and pursue co-selling and joint marketing opportunities with platform partners, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Ads and relevant ad networks.
Requirements
- Proven new business track record in mobile performance marketing, mobile advertising or ad tech, with a history of owning and exceeding revenue targets in the EMEA market.
- Deep UA knowledge across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), Google UAC, Apple Search Ads and mobile DSPs - including fluency with iOS privacy changes (ATT/SKAdNetwork) and privacy-first measurement.
- Fluency with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), mobile attribution and performance KPIs - CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention - plus familiarity with incrementality testing and modern measurement.
- Strong analytical and pipeline management skills; experienced with CRM tools (Hubspot desirable) and reporting platforms to track performance and forecast revenue.
- A demand-generation mindset: a track record of building pipelines in a market where the brand is not yet well known, not just working warm or referred accounts.
- Strong instincts for content and thought leadership; able to shape the story and positioning that earn attention with senior client audiences, and to brief others to produce it.
- Campaign and ABM thinking: comfortable designing targeted, account-based programmes that combine outbound, events and marketing to open and progress high-value opportunities.
