Head of Growth

London (Hybrid, 3 days per week). Up to £110,000 + bonus + benefits.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused Head of Growth to shape the digital growth strategy of a consumer brand during a period of significant transformation. You'll own acquisition, organic growth, analytics, experimentation, and media planning, with the autonomy to influence business-wide decisions and drive measurable commercial impact.

They are a well-established retail and e-commerce business with a strong customer base, a recognised brand portfolio, and an ambitious digital growth agenda. Operating across multiple channels, they are investing heavily in performance marketing, customer acquisition, analytics, and modern growth capabilities.

The Role

As Head of Growth, you will lead digital acquisition and growth strategy across multiple channels and brands while managing a growing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and optimise performance marketing across PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Develop growth strategies tailored to distinct brand audiences while ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to improve visibility across traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms.
  • Partner with brand, content, and creative teams to drive organic growth and customer engagement.
  • Establish robust attribution frameworks, incrementality testing, forecasting, and performance measurement processes.
  • Use data and insight to influence strategic decisions and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of growth and performance marketing specialists.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong in-house experience leading growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition functions within retail, fashion, consumer, or e-commerce environments.
  • Expertise across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, GEO, Affiliates, and broader digital growth channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CAC, LTV, attribution, and profitability metrics.
  • Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and making data-led investment decisions.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear commercial recommendations.
