Role Overview
Fresha is the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, driving an ambitious growth trajectory. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to:
- Own global acquisition strategy (both B2B and B2C)
- Lead paid search, paid social, and scalable, data-driven growth
- Partner with Marketing, Data, Design and Commercial teams to maximise ROI and lifetime value (LTV)

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and scale Fresha’s global performance marketing strategy across:
- Paid Search (Google, YouTube, Bing)
- Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
- Control forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI across regions/channels for maximum efficiency
- Monitor CAC, LTV & ROAS with Analytics and Data teams + iterate optimisations
Team & Collaboration
- Manage/orchestrate an in-house team to hit acquisition and ROI targets (both B2B and B2C)
- Collaborate with Design, Influencer, and Innovation teams to enhance campaign creativity
Reporting & Impact
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Drive data-driven growth by identifying new opportunities (e.g., platforms, geographies, audience segments)
What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- 7–8+ years in performance marketing, including hands-on experience in paid search & paid social
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale, fast-paced campaigns (B2B or B2C)
- Strong analytical skills + expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Communication skills to articulate performance reports to senior leaders
