Role Overview

Fresha is the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, driving an ambitious growth trajectory. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to:

  • Own global acquisition strategy (both B2B and B2C)
  • Lead paid search, paid social, and scalable, data-driven growth
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, Design and Commercial teams to maximise ROI and lifetime value (LTV)

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and scale Fresha’s global performance marketing strategy across:
    • Paid Search (Google, YouTube, Bing)
    • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest)
  • Control forecasting, budget allocation, and ROI across regions/channels for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor CAC, LTV & ROAS with Analytics and Data teams + iterate optimisations

Team & Collaboration

  • Manage/orchestrate an in-house team to hit acquisition and ROI targets (both B2B and B2C)
  • Collaborate with Design, Influencer, and Innovation teams to enhance campaign creativity

Reporting & Impact

  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Drive data-driven growth by identifying new opportunities (e.g., platforms, geographies, audience segments)

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • 7–8+ years in performance marketing, including hands-on experience in paid search & paid social
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale, fast-paced campaigns (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong analytical skills + expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Communication skills to articulate performance reports to senior leaders
